We're looking for a hands-on Production Lead with manufacturing experience who can support daily kit assembly operations while acting as the go-to person on the production floor. This role leads by example-prioritizing daily workflow, addressing production issues in real time, reinforcing safety and quality standards, and supporting team performance. The Lead also handles basic KPI reporting, pre-shift safety checks, and end-of-day housekeeping coordination.

What to look for:

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment(medical, regulated, or quality-driven environments preferred)

• Strong problem-solving and floor leadership skills; comfortable being first point of contact for issues
• Working knowledge of safety protocols (OSHA experience a plus)
• Ability to coach, train, and support teammates while maintaining a positive, respectful work environment
• Detail-oriented with experience using ERP systems, barcode scanners, and Excel
• Clear communicator who can manage priorities, update boards, and report daily production KPIs
• High school diploma or equivalent; English required

This is an active, on-the-floor leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys both production work and informal team leadership without direct reports.
